Beech Mushroom Bulgogi

 

 

 

 

 

Traditional food that mixes sauced beef, vegetables, and mushrooms!

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

(For 1 meal)
 

Beech Mushroom 70g, Sauced Beef 80g, Chives 2 piece, Garlic 1 piece, Onion 1/2piece

Soy Sauce 30ml, Cooking Oil 15ml, Water 150ml, Black Pepper a little, Sugar 20g,

Oligosaccharide Syrup 10ml,

 

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step1.

Slice beef rump thinly.

 

Step2.

Remove the base of the mushroom, slice onion and chives to finger length, chopp garlic.

 

Step3.

Make the sauce using say sauce, oligosaccharide syrup, sugar, water, and chopped garlic.

 

Step4.

Mix the ingredients together to make the sauce.

 

Step5.

Pan fry mixed beef with cooking oil.

 

Step6.

Garnish with chopped chives.
