Beech Mushroom and Bell Pepper Japchae

 

 

 

 

 

Japchae is one of banquet food in Korea.
It mixes various kinds of vegetables, mushrooms, beef, and glass noodles!

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

(For 1 meal)
 

Beech Mushroom 60g, Green Salad 30g, Glass Noodle 60g, Garlic 1 piece,

Olive Oil 15ml, Oyster Sauce 15ml, Radish  10ml, Black Pepper 10ml, Sugar 5g, Red Bell Pepper 10g

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step1.

Soak glass noodles in warm water for 1 hour.

 

Step2.

Remove base of beech mushroom, slice garlic.

 

Step3.

Slice green salad and radish thinly, then soak.

 

Step4.

Slice red bell pepper to be similar in size and shape to the beech mushroom.

 

Step5.

Fry mushroom, red bell pepper, and garlic with olive oil.

 

Step6.

Add in oyster sauce, black pepper, and sugar. Mix and fry all ingredients with glass noodles.

 

Step7.

Garnish with greed salad and radish to serve.
