Beech Mushroom Beef Salad

 

 

 

 

 

Mix of boiled beech mushroom, fried beef brisket and oriental dressing!

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

(For 1 meal)
 

Beech Mushroom 80g, Garlic 1 piece, Beef 60g, Green Salad 10g, Salt 3g,

Black Pepper 2g, Oriental Dressing 30ml

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step1.

Boil the beech mushroom, cut beef to size and shape similar to the mushroom. Fry the beef with salt, black pepper, and sliced garlic.

 

Step2.

Cut green salad into a size that is easy to eat.

 

Step3.

Mix the boiled beech mushroom, fried beef brisket and oriental dressing.
Garnish with green salad.
