Beech Mushroom Beef Steak

 

 

 

 

 

 

A mushroom dish flavored with Western-style demi-glace sauce!

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

(For 1 meal)
 

Beech Mushroom 80g, Garlic 1 piece, Beef 80g, Bell Pepper 20g, Onion 20g,

Demi-glace Sauce 100ml,A1 Sauce 10ml, Salt a little, Black Pepper a little, Butter 20g, Water 18ml

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step1.

Cut the Beech mushrooms and beef vertically into an easy to eat size.

 

Step2.

Cut the onion and bell pepper to the same size as the mushroom and chop the garlic.

 

Step3.

Fry the garlic first in a pan filled with butter and then add beef, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion in that order. Season with salt, pepper, demi-glace sauce, and A1 sauce.
