Beech Mushroom Kimbab

 

 

 

 

 

A beech mushroom dish anyone can easily make!

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

(For 1 meal)
 

Beech Mushroom 40g, Laver 1 piece, Beef 40g, Hot Pepper 3 piece, Spinach 30g, Rice 80g,

Cooking Oil 15ml, Soy Sauce 5ml, Salt a little, Black Pepper a little, Sugar 4g, Water 18ml

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step1.

Cook rice with slightly less water than usual. Mix with salt and black pepper after cooking.

 

Step2.

Stir-fry beech mushroom with salt and pepper in a pan.

 

Step3.

Cut the beef into long, thin slices. Then add 5ml of soy sauce, 18ml of water, 4g of sugar,
a small amount of black pepper, and add 5ml of cooking oil to the pan.

 

Step4.

Briefly boil spinach and rinse with cold water. Toss with salt and black pepper.
Seed and slice the hot pepper lengthwise.

 

Step5.

Spread rice onto fried laver and add cooked beech mushroom, fired beef, spinach, and hot pepper
and then roll it up.

 

Step6.

Slice and serve.
