Very good dish for a brunch or meal!
INGREDIENTS
(For 1 meal)
Beech Mushroom 40g, Bread 2 piece, Cheese 1 piece, Mustard 10ml, Green Salad 10g,
Cooking Oil 10ml, Ketchup 10ml, Salt a little, Black Pepper a little
DIRECTIONS
Step1.
Fry beech mushroom with salt and black pepper in a pan.
Step2.
Trim the green salad.
Step3.
Spread mustard on the bread and stack on beech mushrooms and cheese.
Step4.
Then add ketchup, green salad, and top with another slice of bread.
Step5.
Cut and serve on a plate.
