Beech Mushroom Pasta

 

 

 

 

 

Flavorful pasta dish with shellfish and Beech mushroom!

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

(For 1 meal)
 

Beech Mushroom 60g, Shellfish 80g, Pasta Noodle 80g,

Salt 5g, Black Pepper 2g, Peperoncino 5g, Olive Oil 30g, Garlic 1piece

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step1.

Boil pasta noodles for 8 minutes and leave 100mL of boiled pasta noodle water.

 

Step2.

Slice garlic.

 

Step3.

Fry pasta noodles, salt, and black pepper with olive oil in a pan.

 

Step4.

Add shellfish, etc. and continue to fry on high heat.

 

Step5.

Add peperoncino according to taste.
